The results are in for the big fundraiser held recently for Lifeworks Community Action.

Lifeworks provides a safety net for people in Saratoga County who are having trouble making ends meet. The nonprofit helps with basic needs like food and clothing.

Its “In Bloom” fundraiser late last month at Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs raised $80,000 to support Lifeworks’ food pantry and soup kitchen. The $80,000 tops last year’s fundraiser, which brought in $55,000.
