The story of Kaylin Gillis shocked and saddened the entire Capital Region, and the country. She was tragically killed last year, when she was a passenger in a vehicle that had gotten lost and turned around in a Washington County driveway.

Homeowner Kevin Monahan shot at the vehicle, killing her. He was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to 26 years to life in prison.
