Police: Albany man pointed gun during road rage incident on 787
An Albany man has been arrested for allegedly pointing a gun on 787 during a road rage incident last April 13 around 4:30 p.m.
Khymeir Yarbrough, 25, was arrested on Tuesday.
Two adults and a child under the age of 17 were in the car, State Police said.
A warrant was issued for Yarbrough’s arrest. Police found him during a traffic stop on Madison Avenue. He ran away during the stop but was quickly taken into custody on Patridge Street. Police found felony-weight narcotics in his possession.
Yarbrough was charged with reckless endangerment, menacing, endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
Yarbrough was arraigned in Green Island Town Court and sent to Albany County Jail without bail.
