Police: Malta woman was 3 1/2 times too drunk to drive

State police say a Malta woman behind the wheel was three and a half times too drunk to drive.

Allison Aber, 37, was stopped on the Thruway in New Paltz on Tuesday evening for several violations.

That’s when police say they determined she was drunk, and her blood alcohol level was measured at .28%.

Aber was turned over to a sober third party, and is due back in New Paltz Court on August 3.
