An Albany man is accused of exposing himself at the Empire State Plaza last week.

Eric L. Greeson, 55, allegedly committed a lewd act on July 8 around 1:30 p.m. in the area of Agency Building 1. He left the scene before police arrived, but was later identified.

Greeson was charged with public lewdness. He was issued an appearance ticket and due in Albany City Court on July 22.
