Ballston Spa mayor: Plans underway to fix cell reception

There is a plan in place in Ballston Spa to fight cell service issues from last year.

The Saratoga County Office of Emergency Management plans to place a Verizon COLT on the property. That stands for Cell on Light Truck.

There is also a plan to place a permanent tower on the fair property in the near future, the mayor said.
