Many underage suspects arrested in Bennington drug bust

Police in Bennington have arrested multiple people, including juveniles, and taken several drugs off the streets after conducting two search warrants.

They searched an apartment on McCall Street and on Beech Street.

They say items inside the apartment included multiple loaded firearms, suspected fentanyl, cocaine and over $8,000 in cash.

Police say they also took several people into custody, and officers are working with members of the

Bennington County State’s Attorney’s Office because several of the suspects are out of state juveniles.
Their names and identities will not be released.
