A UAlbany student hit and seriously injured by a dirt bike back in April has made a big step in recovery.

Alexa Kropf underwent, what is hopefully her final brain surgery, earlier this week at Albany Medical Center, according to her GoFundMe page.

The surgery was, but Kropf is still in some pain, the GoFundMe update said.

The plan is for her to return home to Long Island by this weekend.

Her family said they’re grateful for everyone’s prayers and calls.
