Troy Police say they have patrols on the scene at the Food Circus on 112th Street Saturday afternoon, given reports of a robbery with a flare gun involved.

They say one suspect has been detained at the scene.

Police say the flare gun was used by the suspect during the robbery, which caused minor injury to an adult male employee. A male suspect is in custody in connection to the incident.

Police say there is no ongoing danger to the public, and there will be a police presence at the scene while they investigate.
