The health care workers union is concerned that there are nearly 200 vacant positions at the hospital including 21 in the Emergency Department.
The union says the hospital is having trouble recruiting qualified staff and losing workers to other health care facilities that offer better pay and benefits.
The event will be moderated by Hudson Mayor Kamal Johnson.
