Trial set for Milton man accused of assaulting infant

A Milton man accused of violently assaulting a 3-month-old infant is set to stand trial in October.

Jacob Krall is charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child in the March 21, 2023 incident.

The trial is set to begin Oct. 15 in Saratoga County Court.

Krall, 21, is related to the victim, but police did not say how.
