Schenectady man charged in Milton burglary

A Schenectady man is accused of burglary.

Freddie J. Cruz, 39, Jr. allegedly illegally entered a residence on Emigh Road in Milton on July 23, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Cruz was charged with third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail.
