Chestertown man accused of raping child

A Chestertown man is accused of having sex with a child under the age of 15.

Riley P. May, 23, allegedly had sex several times with the child during the summer, State Police said.

May was charged with rape and criminal sex act. He was arraigned in Chestertown Town Court and released under the supervision of the Warren County Probation Department.
