Police: Albany man had loaded gun

An Albany man is accused of possessing a loaded handgun.

Albany Police stopped Corey Martin, 45, on Thursday, Sept. 12 at around 11:40 a.m. in the area of Quail Street and West Street. Police found the gun and arrested him.

Martin was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
