Glenmont man accused of rape

A Glenmont man is accused of rape.

Jack Jimenez, 19, allegedly sexually assaulted the victim in Princetown. The victim was incapable of consent at the time of the rape, State Police said.

Jimenez turned himself in on Sept. 11 and was charged with first-degree rape. He was arraigned in Princetown Town Court and released on $5,000 cash bail.
