People living in Albany may notice changes to their water Tuesday morning. The Capital District Psychiatric Center is conducting hydrant flow testing on New Scotland Avenue, according to the city's water department.

The Capital District Psychiatric Center is conducting hydrant flow testing on New Scotland Avenue, according to the city’s water department. This will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Only private hydrants on the center’s property will be tested, according to the water department.
However, people who live nearby may notice temporary water discoloration.
