An annual book festival is returning to Saratoga Springs next week.

The Saratoga Book Festival kicks off on Monday, September 30 with a special panel.

Capital Region mystery authors Catherine Bruns, Matt Witten and longtime NewsChannel 13 anchor Phil Bayly will discuss their latest books, share their experiences writing mystery, and sign books.

The panel is called Follow the Plot. It is happening at The Inn at Saratoga from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
