The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested three juveniles for burglary on September 20.

All three individuals are 17-years-old, said the Sheriff’s Office.

Officials say they are accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully inside a building with the intent to commit a crime, as well as intentionally damaging property of another person.

Authorities say got a call reporting damage and vandalism at 5 Maxwell Drive in Clifton Park at 4:14 p.m., which after investigation into the complaint, led to the three arrests.

The Sheriff’s Office says each individual was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Officials say all three juveniles were released on appearance tickets returnable to the Youth Part of the Saratoga County Court on a later date.
