Police: Hoosick Falls man stole trailer

A Hoosick Falls man is accused of stealing a trailer.

Zachary T. Howes, 26, was stopped by troopers last Thursday, Sept. 25, on Route 29 in Greenwich for a traffic violation. Howes was towing a trailer reported stolen from County Route 61 in Greenwich hours earlier.

Howes was charged with third-degree grand larceny. He was sent to Washington County Jail.
