Police seek driver who crashed into Cambridge school classroom, left scene
Police are looking for a driver that ran through a stop sign and crashed into a Cambridge school building.
The crash happened late Saturday night. The driver went through the stop sign at South Park and Gilbert Street and onto the lawn of the school. The car struck the building and damaged the classroom, police said.
The driver then left and traveled south on Route 22.
The vehicle is believed to be a dark or gray-colored sedan and will likely have significant front-end damage, according to police.

No one was inside the building at the time of the crash, the district announced.
