A Latham woman is charged with grand larceny.

State Police say Jessica Rowell had been hired last year to manage several short-term rental properties in Schenectady.

During that time, Rowell withheld more than $50,000 in rental revenue that rightfully belonged to the property owner, investigators said.

Rowell is currently awaiting arraignment.
