Police: Troy man drove drunk with child in car

A Troy man is accused of driving drunk with a child in his vehicle.

Patrick A. Feyerabend, 39, was stopped on Route 7 on Oct. 5 around 11:40 p.m. for a traffic violation. Feyerabend had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.12%. The legal limit is 0.08%.

He was charged with felony DWI and released to a sober third party.
