Police: North Greenbush woman drove drunk with child in vehicle

Police have arrested a North Greenbush woman for allegedly driving drunk with a 6-year-old in the vehicle.

Allison Burns was stopped on Best Road near State Route 43 just before 8 p.m. on Oct. 10. Burns was arrested and taken to the police station, where a breath test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.09%. The legal limit is 0.08%.

She was charged with aggravated DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and traffic violations. She was released to appear in court at a later date.
