Deputies: Woman, 75, hit person with fist
A 75-year-old woman is accused of violating an order of protection, and punching the protected person.
Deputies have arrested a 75-year-old woman for allegedly hitting someone.
Ruth E. Madigan, of Malta, is accused of striking someone with her fist. She was in violation of an order of protection, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Madigan was charge with criminal contempt and harassment. She was arraigned in Malta Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
