Festival of Nations set for Sunday
The 53rd annual Festival of Nations is set for Sunday, Oct. 27 in Albany.
The event at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center brings people together from more than 20 countries to show off their music, dance and food.
“It’s such a unique thing that we can work together. We do have different ideas and different cultures and different suggestions. We don’t agree always. But when the decision is made, everybody supports that,” said Manoj Ajmera, the event’s longtime chair.
The event is happening from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
