This weekend was a convention tattoo fans have been waiting years for.

Saturday was the second day of the Dead Man’s Hand Tattoo convention.

It is the first expo of its kind in Albany.

This is because a law was recently changed that allowed tattoo artists to have wipes, soap, and water with them when they are tattooing people.

They used to have to have a sink present, which was not convenient for an expo of this size.

The emcee says he is grateful for the change.
