Former Saratoga Springs Commissioner of Public Works in court over alleged misuse of city services

The former Saratoga Springs Commissioner of Public Works was in Saratoga City Court on Tuesday morning.
Jason Golub and Jospeh O’Neill, the current Saratoga Springs Deputy Commissioner of Public Works, are accused of using a city services employee for their personal gain.
The allegation is that Golub had a clogged sink at home, and that he and O’Neill directed a city worker to bring drain cleaner to fix it.
Golub is due back in court on Jan. 9.
