The completed Watervliet-Shaker Road Highway Improvement Project was officially unveiled on Wednesday.

The project is aimed at improving traffic operations and safety, and has provided ADA compliant pedestrian and bicycle facilities.

Key design elements include new pavement, traffic signal upgrades, utility and drainage work, and intersection and pedestrian-level lighting.
