Woman arrested for allegedly stealing an e-bike in Milton

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Katherine E. Pettigrew, 37, of Rock City Falls on December 4 on stolen property charges.
Deputies say received a call for an inactive larceny on Finley Road in Milton on November 10, which investigation into the complaint led to Pettigrew’s arrest.
Pettigrew is accused of knowingly possessing stolen property, an e-bike, having a value in excess of $1,000, said officials.
The Sheriff’s Office says she was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and released on an appearance ticket pending further proceedings in Milton Town Court.
