There is currently a Boil Water Advisory in effect for Montgomery County.

This applies to residents in the Village of Fultonville and those on Riverside Drive in the Town of Glen.

Residents in these areas are being asked to boil their water before using it.

Fultonville Village officials say the advisory is in place because a tractor trailer went down a street, despite a sign saying no trucks allowed there, and hit a fire hydrant.

The advisory is in effect until further notice.
