Gilbert Road in Saratoga Springs closed due to flooding

Gilbert Road is closed in Saratoga Springs because of flooding.

The Department of Public Works closed the road at 3 p.m. between Conver Drive to Lake Avenue.

A culvert on the road has run over because of the rain and snow melt. It has created a hazardous traveling condition with low visibility.

Residents in the area will have access to their properties but should travel with caution. All other motorists should use Henning Road as a detour.
