Guilderland Police have identified the person they say started a fight at Crossgates Mall.

It happened on Monday, Dec. 23 around 5:21 p.m., police said.

Donavan Graham, 27, allegedly got into a fight with another person. Police told NewsChannel 13 that Graham was intoxicated.

No one was seriously hurt and no weapons were involved, police said.

Graham was charged with a violation of disorderly conduct. He is due in Guilderland Town Court at a later date.
