MyPayrollHR CEO faces surrender deadline in bank fraud scheme

A Clifton Park man behind a bank fraud scheme was ordered to surrender to authorities by Tuesday.
Michael Mann, the former CEO of MyPayrollHR, was sentenced last month to 12 years in prison on federal charges, and eight to 24 years on state charges.
His $100 million bank fraud scheme impacted thousands of businesses and people across the country, including right here in the Capital Region.
He will be required to serve state time after the federal sentence is served.
