Officials tell us they battled a large two-alarm fire Sunday afternoon in North Troy, leaving many people displaced. The fire started at Stoneledge Terrace Apartments around 2:00 p.m., said officials.

Authorities told our Zach Richter that people from 12 different units are temporarily displaced
Firefighters were on the scene for several hours as they worked to put the fire out.
We were told that the building was not a total loss, but it was left with heavy damage including to windows and the roof.
Troy Mayor Mantello tells us that the property owner at the apartments are putting up residents who were displaced in a hotel.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
