58-year-old man arrested on sexual assault complaint from incident that allegedly happened in 2003

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Stephen E. Bottino, 58, of Gansevoort following a sexual assault complaint that officials received last Tuesday.
The Sheriff’s Office says the complaint was referring to an incident that reportedly occurred in Clifton Park in 2003.
Bottino is accused of subjecting a person younger than 11-years-old to sexual contact.
Authorities say Bottino was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
He was arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
