Albany County deputies tow dozens of cars with fake plates

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office towed 53 vehicles on Wednesday with plates that were fake, suspended or switched.
Deputies wrote 45 tickets. They arrested three people.
They also recovered three stolen vehicles.
