The annual Convoy for Tots was held on Sunday to raise donations for the Capital Region Toys for Tots.

More than 100 vehicles drove from Glens Falls Middle and High Schools to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Many local businesses, civic organizations and emergency service agencies were among those who participated.

The convoy helps bring in toy donations for the Capital Region Toys for Tots.

"This is an opportunity the sheriff’s has created in working with us, for all of these to come together to donate to the children in the Capital Region to make sure every child has a hopeful Christmas this year," said Staff Sergeant Patrick Lurenz.

World War II Veteran Sir Ken Bailey served as the convoy’s Grand Marshall for his third time.

This is the 8th time the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office has held the event.
