GLENS FALLS – It’s "Stick It to Cancer" weekend in Glens Falls. The Adirondack Thunder hockey team and the community are coming together to raise money to fight cancer.

After the hockey game at the Cool Insuring Arena, fans can pay $10 to paint the ice.

They’ll write messages to a loved one affected by cancer.

They can then watch the team skate on those messages at Saturday night’s game.

All the money raised is going toward the CR Wood Cancer Center at Glens Falls Hospital.

Also happening at Saturday night’s game: there’s a "Stick It To Cancer" t-shirt giveaway for the first 1,000 fans attending the game.
