Albany accepting applications for money from American Rescue Plan Act

The city of Albany plans to award $25 million from the American Rescue Plan Act.
They are accepting applications for high impact projects in public health, education, housing, transportation, tourism, travel and the arts.
City officials will begin reviewing pre-applications starting March 1.
