The Albany Chefs’ Food and Wine Festival Grand Gala Dinner is Friday night. One of the nine chefs whipping up a dish, Mark Graham with MDG Cuisine and Consulting, says he can cook with his eyes closed.
Graham found his passion four decades ago, and has been cooking ever since.
He started his journey in Boston at the age of 17 then went on to Massachusetts and San Francisco before making his way to the Capital Region where he started his family.
