Albany County reports 218 new COVID cases; 1 new death

Albany County Executive Dan McCoy says there are 218 new COVID cases in the county since Monday.
In addition, 63 county residents are currently hospitalized. Seven of those patients are in the ICU.
Among the county residents who are in the hospital, 63% are not vaccinated.
Sadly, there was one new death, a woman in her 50s.
