An Albany man will be arraigned Tuesday after deputies say he damaged a county vehicle in the Board of Elections parking lot.
Deputies say Aaron Poulin threw a rock at a car last month. The rock broke the passenger side rear window.
Poulin is charged with criminal mischief.
