Albany man accused of having ghost gun

An Albany man is in custody, after police say they found him with a ghost gun on Dove Street.
Police arrested 53-year-old Billy Croft after a tip about a man walking on the 100 block of Dove Street with a loaded gun.
Authorities say they found a loaded 9 mm ghost gun in his shirt pocket.
Croft was arraigned in Albany City Court and taken to the Albany County Jail.
