Albany man accused of trying to take loaded weapon on plane

An Albany man is arrested, accused of for trying to take a loaded weapon on a plane.

Deputies charged Josef Jarvis with two counts of weapons possession for keeping a loaded .40 caliber weapon in his carry-on bag.

TSA intercepted the bag at the checkpoint.

He will have to answer to the charges in Colonie Town Court.
