Albany man hospitalized after Wednesday evening shooting

Albany police are investigating another shooting in the city. Police say a 44-year-old man was shot in the torso around 9 p.m. Wednesday and taken to the hospital.
It happened on Livingston Avenue between Ontario and Terminal streets.
Police told NewsChannel 13 on Thursday morning that the victim was in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
