Albany man sentenced for attempted robbery

An Albany man will spend 18 years to life in prison.
Todd Rogers was sentenced Friday morning, after pleading guilty to attempted robbery.
Investigators say Rogers robbed three stores in Albany back in April.
Based on his prior criminal history, Rogers was deemed a persistent violent felon.
