An Albany man and woman are facing drug-related charges after a traffic stop.
The Albany County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Jamar Noey was driving on Madison Avenue with no headlights or taillights around 12:30 Wednesday morning.
Deputies say he was driving while intoxicated and in possession of cocaine.
His passenger, 37-year-old Lydia Williams, is also charged for drug possession.
