Albany police investigating late night stabbing

ALBANY – A 19-year-old woman is recovering after police say she was stabbed in the back.

This happened on Columbia Street, a little before 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

NewsChannel 13 was there as another woman was taken into custody a short time later, just one block away at Lodge and Pine Streets.

There is no word on what led up to the stabbing.
