Albany teen charged with attempted murder after shooting

Albany police have charged a 16-year-old boy with attempted murder.
Police say the teen shot a 17-year-old boy in the leg and back during a fight on North Allen Street Saturday evening.
Police also think the 16-year-old accidentally shot himself in the leg.
Both are expected to survive.
The 16-year-old also faces a weapons possession charge. His name isn’t being released due to his age.
A 36-year-old man was also arrested for allegedly hiding evidence.
