Argyle military veteran charged with child porn, gun crimes

A military veteran in Argyle is facing child pornography and gun charges.
State police say 38-year-old David Ballard had and shared images of child sexual exploitation on the internet.
Police say he was also accessing child pornography while serving overseas.
When officers searched his house, they say they found illegal guns and high capacity magazines.
Ballard is in the Washington County Jail.
